DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
Provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
Answer questions about cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
Actively engage with customers to promote products and close sales.
Upsell by suggesting complementary items or special offers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about the store’s product range, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
Educate customers on product features and advantages.
Maintain well-organized product displays.
Ensure products are attractively presented and restocked.
Follow hygiene protocols when handling testers and samples.
Contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

QUALIFICATION:
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must be able to operate the Point of sale (POS).

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:HSC and Above
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in direct sales (Skin Care/ Color Cosmetics Category will get preferences)
Freshers and Undergraduates (Part-time) are also encouraged to apply.
