DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review skin analysis reports and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Ensure recommendations align with Herlan’s product range and customer needs.
- Maintain timely responses to submitted skin analysis reports (within 15 minutes).
- Collaborate with the Project Manager for process improvements.
- Address customer-specific concerns referred by Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in biweekly discussions to share insights and refine practices.
- Coordinate with the BAS (Beauty Advisors).
- Any other support required by this project.
- Strong knowledge of skin health analysis
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
QUALIFICATION:
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Proficient to operate any app
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Currently enrolled in a postgraduate Dermatology program or a recent postgraduate Dermatology graduate
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 6 months or 1 year
