DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
TO improvement •GM improvement •Stock TO improvement •Improve customer satisfaction and brand image •Make sure product availability in all stores •Make you product visible and attractive •Implement Module, POSM and devise display mechanism •Train usp and sales training to sales people •Introduce new product •Track regular sales •Track and find out root cause of non-performance •Improve packaging and pricing if needed and contribute product development •Make and implementation marketing strategy •Make and implement consumer promotional technique and plan annual campaign •Make target and incentive plan for sales staff •Communication to the customers for respective product and category •Monitoring competitors and take action accordingly •Analyze sales data, meet with ASM, and review planograms. •Assortment formation in each category based on the store or chain’s assortment policy and that of its competitors. •Managing the product assortment, including the introduction of new products and the phasing out of underperforming ones •Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure category success •Changing branding for the respective dedicated gondola to focus product
QUALIFICATION:
Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Market Awareness, Strategic Thinking
Deep understanding of consumer products and personal care products
Good knowledge in Ms. Office Program (Excel)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Education: Graduation, Education Preferred: BBA/MBA
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Consumer Goods or Color Products Industry 1 to 2 years of experience
